DELIVERY

Currently, every PELLICER garment is designed and carefully made-to-order in Spain. So, as soon as we receive the purchase order we will be preparing it for you. You will receive it in approximately 2/3 weeks depending on the garment and country.

We want you to receive it in the less amount of time, so if you need your order earlier, contact us at info@pellicerofficiel.com.

We will take in consideration your request, and our team will manage to see what we can do.

We offer free shipping for 300€ orders or over. The delivery cost will be clearly stated during the purchase. The amount of it will vary depending on the destination and weight of your order.

*International delivery: PELLICER will not be responsible of the payment of any duties and taxes. Please, contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

*By ordering any item means you understand and agree all our Terms and Conditions stated in this website.

RETURNS

Made-to-order items can not be returned. In case you want to return a garment, please contact us at info@pellicerofficiel.com. You will be able to return your order for an exchange or a full refund until 14 days after being delivered. Underwear, swimwear and bodies can not be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. 

 

PELLICER stands behind the quality of each garment. In case you receive a defective or damaged during shipment item, please contact us urgently in the next 24-48 hours.

To return your purchase, items must be tagged, unused, unwashed, in perfect conditions and inside their original packaging - including boxes, hangers, garment bags and other signature packaging materials received. Remember also including the original invoice. We recommend you shipping it with traceable tracking number and retain proof of shipment. 

Also, customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless stated otherwise by our customer service. Do not hesitate to contact us if you have any doubt.

*PELLICER will not be responsible for return packages lost en route.

REFUNDS

Made-to-order and discounted items can not be refunded. As soon as we receive and check the item conditions, you will receive an email with the refund assessment. In case it is approved, you will be refunded with your original payment method within five business days.

In case it is denied, we will send the item back to you. Note shipping costs are non-refundable. Client is responsible for every return shipping costs unless stated otherwise by our customer service. Do not hesitate to contact us to info@pellicerofficiel.com if you have any doubt.

PELLICER reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy.

EXCHANGES

We only replace made-to-order and discounted items in case you receive them defective or damaged during shipment. If so, email us in the next 24-48 hours after receiving it at info@pellicerofficiel.com attaching general and close up pictures of it.
